Dave Blanchard - Executive Director
Dave is our Executive Director. He has been with the Big Brothers Big Sisters Organization for 23 years. Dave has a BA from Boston University and has shared that there is nothing more rewarding that the "therapy of friendship."

Jim Conlon - ADAM Project Program Director
Jim has been with Big Brothers Big Sisters since 1992. He first joined BBBS as a Big Brother and then a Board member serving as president. In the early 1990's, Jim identified an acute need in the community for a program that served yout at-risk of gang violence and other negative outcomes. He has since helped hundreds of kids stay or get out of gangs, do better in school and become assets to the community. Jim waas instrumental in the creation of a downtown Youth Center (UTEC), Dance 4 Peace, and The Mayor's Youth Commission. Jim received the Middlesex Community College People who Make A Difference" Award in 1999 and the CTI "Local Heroes" award in 2000.

Abby Tourville - Program Director
Abby is our Program Director and School-Based Coordinator. Abby has several years of experience with Big Brothers Big Sisters in Lowell and Lawrence. Abby is a graduate of University of New Hampshire.

Susan O'Connell - Office Manager
Susan wears many hats at Big Brothers Big Sisters. She balances the books, keeps our vendors happy and our staff organized, and is even a mother figure to some of the younger staffers! Sis Chhoeng - Community & School-Based Case Manager
Sis Chhoeng currently works at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Lowell as a key staff person for our mentoring programs. Sis works in our Community, School-based, and College Mentoring Programs. Sis provides case management and mentoring coordination services for youth and adult volunteers. Sis has been involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters since he was 15 years old (formerly as a youth participant in the ADAM Project. Following his graduation from Lowell High School, Sis attended college for one year. Then he joined the U.S Army where he served two tours in Iraq and awarded the Purple Heart. Fortunately, he is back with us, safe and sound. He is continuing his education at UMass Lowell in Business Finance while he works full-time with us." Emily Morrisette - Community & School-Based Case Manager

Kirby Foote - CYDP Case Manager & Health Educator
Kirby recently graduated from UMass Lowell with a major in psychology. She was a School-based Big Sister at the Bartlett School which led to her interest in the agency. She is currently attending Rivier College in a graduate program in counseling and mental health. She works as a key staff person on the jointly operated Cambodian Youth Development Partnership with the Lowell Community Health Center.
